2017 chevy malibu auto stop problems

Since purchasing this vehicle I have had to take to repair shop several times due to the automatic shut off when at a stop light but car cuts out completely and sometimes will not start back up. I PURCHASED A 2017 CHEVROLET MALIBU ABOUT A YEAR AGO. It will cause the battery to drain faster, the starter to go faster due to starting the car over and over. First incident was in april, and now ongoing every time I try to turn the car off. The vehicle was not diagnosed nor repaired. Purchased car brand new; only been serviced at the original dealership, only use shell v-power gasoline. The contact was informed that the entire engine needed to be replaced. Not even 2 weeks later it's doing it again, I am a 70 year old teacher that purchased a 2017 chevy impala about 2 years ago, and last year I began experiencing issues with the car malfunctioning and the engine light illuminating. Had this defect occurred while I was driving I could have been injured or killed or could have been parked somewhere in an unsafe situation unable to drive away or my vehicle could have rolled out into the busy street and hit a pedestrian, damaged someone's property or hit another vehicle causing damages, death or injury to others. While driving the vehicle I came to a complete stop while waiting to make a left turn on a busy city street and the vehicle shut off therefore remaining in the intersection from on coming traffic, in other terms the vehicle died on me. There was no reported fire. While driving approximately 55 mph, the vehicle shuddered, but never stalled. The vehicle was towed to the contact's residence. What's next?! Can someone help please? My engine light also came on. It happened at 37k and I had it repaired which cost close to 0 just under a year ago. They claimed to not find the bulletins that I attached to this form.
